I have worked in a variety of industries including:

I particularly specialise in start-up HR functions for SMEs, including writing all required staffing policies and procedures and staff handbooks, and providing training for line management and staff on key issues.
I am also experienced in helping organisations achieve Investors In People status through creation and implementation of initiatives and strategies designed to improve the performance of the organisation through its people management practices.
I have a collaborative and empathetic approach, and aim to work with organisations and line managers to make them as self-sufficient as possible in the area of people management. My focus is on helping companies meet both their legal obligations and their organisational objectives through recruiting, retaining and developing high quality staff who feel valued and motivated by their employer’s investment in them.
